Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

After your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and return address.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the situation, TripM8 may provide:

  • A replacement product

  • A reshipment

  • A full or partial refund

at our sole discretion.


Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

For approved returns resulting from defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, TripM8 will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees incurred when returning products from overseas.


Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is refused, rejected by customs, or returned due to prolonged absence or failed delivery attempts, TripM8 may issue a refund after deducting:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs duties and taxes

  • Carrier handling fees

  • Other related expenses


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first.

For defective or incorrectly shipped products, we may provide a replacement or reshipment where appropriate.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

This right does not apply to products excluded under applicable EU consumer protection regulations.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

TripM8 will cover refund processing fees where applicable.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider to process and post the refund.
