Out-of-Stock Items

Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is refused, rejected by customs, or returned due to prolonged absence or failed delivery attempts, a refund may be issued after deducting:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Carrier handling fees

  • Other related expenses

Returns and Exchanges
